About

We listen, act, and transform

I am a therapist deeply interested in the human experience. I work with adults of all ages who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or challenges in relationships. Many individuals I support are creatives, deep thinkers, and those seeking a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them. My lifelong love for poetry, art, yoga, and meditation has nurtured my open-mindedness and empathy toward others. Life experiences have taught me the value of accepting and understanding what lies beyond our control. I completed postgraduate training in relational psychoanalysis at the William Alanson White Institute, which has deepened my curiosity about the dynamics of human relationships and the potential for personal change. My goal is to help my clients identify their emotional triggers and, through this awareness, discover alternative ways to cope with stress and sadness. My lifelong love for poetry, art, yoga, and meditation has deepened my understanding of the complexities of the human experience. These practices have taught me the importance of acceptance and the wisdom to recognize what lies beyond our control. I completed postgraduate training in relational psychoanalysis at the William Alanson White Institute, which sparked my curiosity about the dynamics of human relationships and the potential for personal growth. My goal is to help you identify emotional triggers and, through increased awareness, explore healthier ways to cope with stress, sadness, and the challenges of daily life. Together, we will work to uncover new perspectives and responses that foster self-awareness and lasting change. My approach is talk-based and grounded in psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed therapy. We will explore how past experiences, especially early relationships, shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We will examine your attachment patterns, focusing on how you navigate closeness and distance in relationships. I believe the therapeutic relationship offers insight into how you relate to others, and we will use it to deepen your awareness of your relational dynamics. Developing self-awareness lies at the heart of this work, gently exploring the underlying patterns beneath the surface. There is no pressure to go anywhere before you are ready. We move at your pace, and I will support you in exploring what feels important to you. I believe in the ongoing process of personal and professional development. In addition to my postgraduate training at the William Alanson White Institute, I engage in workshops, seminars, and continuing education focused on psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and trauma-informed practices. I also prioritize self-reflection through my mindfulness practices, including yoga, meditation, and creative activities like poetry and art, which help me stay grounded and present in my work. Additionally, I regularly consult with colleagues to stay connected to new insights and approaches in the field.
